Our current tenants 1 year lease is up at the end of April and we are looking for a new tenant. We are looking for a minimum of a 1 year lease, commencing May 1st, 2012 to April 30th, 2013. After April 30th, 2013 the tenant has the option of staying on a month to month basis. We require a minimum of two work related references (your current employer and 1 previous) and two prior land lord references that you used to rent from before. Pets are ok as our previous tenant really enjoyed the fully enclosed back yard (fenced) and this house is on a large 9,000 square foot lot. If you have a pet, or pets, a pet deposit will be required along with the regular security deposit prior to moving in. Tenants will have to put Hydro/Gas/Cable in their own name.

This is very close to virtually all amenities. It is less than a 5 minute walk to the Gateway Sky Train station, walking distance to a bus stop, elementary school, gas station and grocery Store. Just minutes away from the putullo bridge, Guilford Mall, Surrey Central Mall, and SFU (City Centre Campus). Inside of the house is very well kept as prior to this current tenant the same person lived in this house for its entire life (from the time that it was built) so it's very well taken care of. Floors are in excellent shape, the bathroom shower Tiling was just recently re-done (within the last 6 months), all appliances are in good shape and working order, and there is also a washer and dryer for laundry which is also in great shape as well.

The backyard is great for spring/summer time as there is a nice deck in the backyard for BBQing, a Gazebo, and a large tool shed for storage purposes. Back yard is very spacious as previously mentioned. Car port for your car. Please note: 2 bedrooms are regular, and 1 is a add on that can be used as a spare room for storage/computer room etc.
